Shipping policy

Our processing time is 3-5 business days. Processing time is not the same as shipping time. Shipping time begins once your order has been checked in with carrier. Business days are Monday through Friday. We do not process orders on holidays.

Our orders are shipped via USPS and UPS. You will receive a tracking number via email once your shipping label is created. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be updated by USPS.

We offer both domestic and International shipping. International shipping may take 1 to 3 weeks, or more due to customs processing time. You are responsible for any custom fees or additional charges upon arrival. 

It is your responsibility as the buyer, to ensure your address is correct.  If a mistake was made you can notify us via our 'Contact Us' page so we can update the shipping label, if possible. If your order has already shipped and is returned to us, we can invoice you for shipping and resend it once the address has been corrected.

Once an order has shipped and or has been marked as delivered to the address entered, we are no longer responsible for the package. Please contact USPS or UPS regarding the delivery.
